- On a non stick pan 1tbsp of butter til it melted then add 1/4 sweet paprika pepper and mix well then off heat.
- Bring a pan of water to a boil then off heat and add egg then.cover with lid for 3 to 4 minute till egg white are set but egg yolk are runny.
- Toast bread with butter and layer thinly sliced tomato and season with salt.
