- Heat a pan add oil fry chopped potatoes till crispy..
- Remove thealse fried potatoes from the pan,add 2 tsp oil, let it heat.
- Add cumin seeds,& rai,let it be crakle,add green chilli, tomatoes,saute it..
- Add soaked sabudana,mix it add salt..
- Close the lid and cook for 2 mins..
- Open the lids,stir it,cook it properly..
