I just can't get enough of the combination of flavors, with the sweet and gooey toasted marshmallows, the crumbly graham crackers, and the rich and melted chocolate. Ingredients of S'more bites
- You need 1 packet of Marie Biscuits (you can use any brand).
- You need 1/4 cup of castor sugar.
- You need 6 tablespoons of butter, melted.
- It's 1-2 cups of chocolate chips.
- You need 12 of large marshmallows.

S'more bites step by step
- Preheat oven to 180* c.
- Finely crush your biscuits into crumbs and combine them with castor sugar and melted butter into a bowl.
- Evenly divide the mixture into each cup of a 12 muffin pan or a 23 mini muffin pan that is slightly greased. Press crumbs down to form shallow cups..
- Bake for 4-5 minutes until the edges are bubbling. Remove from oven.
- Place the chocolate chips into each cup and place the marshmallows on top (if using the mini muffin pan, cut the marshmallows in half).
- Return to oven for 2-4 minutes or until the marshmallows are just slightly puffed & softened.
- Cool on a rack before removing form the pan.
- Enjoy.
In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and egg white, stirring to combine.
