Squid patty step by step

1. Roughly mince the squid using a knife or blender with meat mincing blade..
2. Put pork into a blender with meat mincing blade and mince until smooth..
3. Mix pork, squid, flour salt and dashi stock well together using a flat spoon or a food processor..
4. Add dill and mix again..
