- Cook the desired pasta until its 3/4 al dente. Do your maths by dividing the cooking time..
- Heat up saute pan..
- Put in oil and saute the garlic till slightly fragrant. DO NOT BROWN IT..
- Add in the shrimps and squids..
- After the shrimps and squid is throughly cooked, add half a laddle of stock and 2 laddle of whipping cream..
- Let it boil for a moment until the bubbles start to gather then add in the cooked pasta..
- Season with salt and pepper..
- Serve it up and garnish as you will..
